Special
Orders:
If you have any special order requests please contact
us on the above numbers. We will contact you with a final price and delivery
time (usually 14 days for publications from the US) before ordering. We
only order on hard copy confirmation (either by fax, mail or email). If a title
is not available often we can suggest an alternative.
Prices
Quoted:
All prices quoted are kept up to date as much as
possible. With the currency fluctuations on the Australian dollar, sometimes the
prices of overseas published titles may vary. Will will notify you of the
variation before processing your order.
NB: Prices are subject to change
without notice
Payment:
Pre-payment is required for all
personal orders. Overseas customers will be notified of the cost (including
freight) before processing the order.
School orders - use the order
form and fax or post it to us. Accounts are strictly 30 days from the date
of invoice.
Credit Card Payments can be
made for the following credit cards - VISA and MASTERCARD . A minimum order
of $20.00 is required for credit card orders.
Firm Sale:
All orders are firm sale except for special
circumstances (by arrangement with Fox Educational Resources). Damaged or
misbound titles must be reported within 10 days to receive
a replacement copy. We do not accept unauthorised returns - these will
be returned to the purchaser and will not be credited.
School Visits:
We have representatives calling on schools, health
departments and support groups in NSW/ACT. If you would like a representative to
visit you with a display, contact us on 02 97850648. We also run a 'Tub Service'
where we leave a tub with you for a couple of days.
For schools, health departments and support
groups out of the area, we can send a tub of books to you.
Conferences:
We can send you books on a sale or return
basis for your conference or for your support group meeting. We also attend
conferences and professional development days. If you have a conference and
would like a display or a box of books for the conference please contact grahame
at info@foxeducation.com.au
